Sports Classes
More important than ever, children need to be involved
in activities that will challenge them with enough physical
activity to keep fit and fight obesity! No matter what
the child’s age or ability, they will learn character
values, sportsmanship and new skills in our youth sports
activities.

Gym & Swim
(ages 3-5)
Gym session Saturdays from 11-11:45am then swim
session from
12-12:30pm. LY

(ages 3-5)
Basics of hockey (dribbling, passing, shooting).

* Beginner T-Ball
(ages 3-5)
Fundamentals class. Glove required.

* T-Ball Instructional
League (ages 3-5)
Half instruction/half scrimmage. Glove required.

A fun way to learn soccer for beginners!

Basketball
(ages 3-5)
A great introduction to basketball for beginners.

(ages 3-6)
Boys and girls will play different sports and
games throughout the session. Soccer, hockey,
basketball and more will be worked on during
the session. RY

Hockey (ages 3-6)
Work on beginning soccer and hockey skills of
dribble, passing and shooting.

* Nerf Hockey &
Basketball (ages 3-6)
Learn basic fundamentals of hockey and basketball.

(ages 3-6)
Work on fundamentals of t-ball and football.
Softball/baseball glove required.

Pee Wee Karate
(ages 3-6)
This beginner program prepares children for
Kid Kicks Karate. Children will focus on paying
attention, listening and learning basic karate
techniques. RY
Basketball Skills
and Conditioning (ages 6-9)
Practice dribbling and passing skills while
conditioning for endurance and speed.

Kids Karate
(ages 6-12)
This program teaches Tae Kwon Do and Sports
Karate. You will learn forms, sparring and self
defense. This is a continuous program to earn
your black belt. (Two day a week class)

Ultimate Gym and
Swim (ages 6-12)
Enjoy great games like Frisbee, Dodgeball, Kickball,
and more with your friends. Gym session is Saturdays
from 10-10:45am, youth swim lesson is from 11:15am-12pm.

Intermediate Kids
Kicks (ages 9-12)
This program teaches Tae Kwon Do and Sports
Karate. You will learn forms, sparring and self
defense. This is a continuous program to earn
your black belt and follows two sessions of
Kid Kicks Karate program. (Two day a week class)

9-15)
Beginner skills class.

Youth Strength Training
(ages 12-14)
Members can take this beginner class and meet
with a certified trainer to develop safe exercise
strategies. Meets twice per week. Limited to
6 participants.
