Pee Wee Karate (Ages 3-6)
This is a beginner program that will prepare children for Kid
Kicks Karate. Children will focus on paying attention and
listening as well as learn basic karate techniques.

Nerf Hockey (Ages 3-6)
Using NERF equipment, boys and girls learn the fundamentals of
the game like passing, shooting, stick handling, teamwork and sportsmanship!

Beginner skills class.

(Ages 3-6) Gym activities and swim class. Parents will take
children to the locker room and pool.

Micro Soccer
(Ages 3-6)
This instructional program is for boys and girls.
Children will learn the fundamental of the game like
passing, shooting, dribbling, teamwork &
sportsmanship.

Indoor Nerf Hockey League (Ages 3-6)
Volunteer coaches are needed. Games will be played
from 2-4pm - teams will be notified of game times.

Outdoor Soccer
League (Ages 3-6)
Learn basic skill development in a team setting.
Saturday practices and games are combined in a
one-hour period. Maximum participants: 200. Teams
will be notified of their specific game times, which
will vary during the session, between 9am-2pm.

Indoor Soccer League (Ages 3-6)
Volunteer coaches needed (please indicate your
interest on the registration form). Maximum
participants: 72. Teams will be notified of their
specific game times, which will vary during the
session, Saturday between 1-4pm. Selected coaches
will meet on Wed., Jan. 7 at 6:30pm. Winter only.

T-Ball League (Ages 3-6)
Last year, over 300 children learned the
fundamentals of baseball and team play. Register
your child in 2010! Saturday practices/games are
one-hour, game times vary between 9:30am-3:30pm.
League includes: baseball hat, shirts and visit from
the Phanatic. Volunteer coaches needed (please
indicate your interest on the registration form).
Selected coaches will meet on Tues., April 20 at
6:30pm.
Late Spring only.

Kids Karate (Ages 6-8)
This program will teach you Tae Kwon Do and Sports Karate. You
will learn forms, sparring and self defense. This is a continuous program to
earn your black belt.

Basketball (Ages 7-12)
Improve on basic skills, learn team play and
prepare for league play.

Intermediate Kid Kicks (Ages 9-12)
This program will teach you Tae Kwon Do and Sports Karate. You
will learn forms, sparring and self defense. This is a continuous program to
earn your black belt.
Follows
two sessions of
Kid Kicks
Karate program.

Karate (Ages 9-15)
Beginner skills class.

Youth Strength Training
(Ages 12-14)
Members can take this beginner class and meet with a
certified trainer to develop safe exercise
strategies. Meets twice per week. Limited to 6
participants.
Days:
Tues-Friday 4-5pm, choose 2 days

Tues-Friday 4-4:45pm, choose 2 days

Outdoor Whiffle Ball
League (15 and over)

Maximum of five players per team. Teams will play
Saturday between 11am-2pm. Captain's meeting
Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 6:30pm at the Ridley Area YMCA.
Championship prizes will be awarded.
(Players must have a minimum of an adult program
membership to participate. New memberships good for

over)

CYEDC Tri Club
Calling all athletes who have ever thought about
participating in a triathlon, those who have
competed in triathlons and those who want to be
involved in group trainings. Club members will
