The Community YMCA has a long-standing tradition of creatively adapting its services to the changing needs and interest of its constituents and is proud to offer the 7th Grade Membership Initiative as a way to better engage, educate, and connect to our youth right when they need it most. Not only will this provide seventh grade students with a safe environment, but it will enable students to grow in spirit, mind and body.

Any 7th Grader can redeem this offer for a FREE Y Membership (Good for One School Year) accompanied by a Y membership application. Families can get in on the deal too! Contact your nearest YMCA for details:

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:
1. Free Youth, Full Privilege Membership during your 7th Grade School Year (Value $314)
2. Credit of $314 towards a Full Privilege Single Parent or Full Privilege Family Membership

HOW TO GET ENROLLED
Registering for this program is a simple process. At either CYEDC branch, bring:
1. School Roster, School ID, Report Card, or School Referral
2. A Parent or Guardian
3. Completed Membership Application.
